What began as a personal journey of self-discovery and healing has blossomed into a sacred, holistic space of support and transformation for others. Medergetics Healing was formed to offer healing from a deep calling to help others restore balance, clarity, and harmony in their lives through the power of energy healing and energetic-related practices. As we blossom and grow, I’m grateful to welcome practitioners who share my heart-centered mission. Together, we will offer a collaborative and nurturing environment.

As a certified practitioner in Reiki and sound healing, I also incorporate other energetic tools and techniques, as I may be called to do, that include light touch, customized essential oils, crystals and more. Each modality is intended to gently guide the mind, body, and spirit back to a natural state of balance and deep relaxation. My approach is intuitively guided and rooted in compassion and the belief that healing begins when we feel seen, heard, safe and supported.

What is Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese form of energy healing that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. At its core, Reiki practitioners act as conduits or channels, allowing healing energy to flow through them and into the recipient.

This universal life force energy works to balance your body’s natural energy systems, promoting a deep sense of peace, calm, and renewal. Preparing for a Session

To help you feel completely comfortable and supported during your Reiki session, here are a few helpful tips:

• Hydrate well before and after the session

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to remove your shoes

• Let us know in advance if you have any sensitivities or allergies to oils, lotions, or scents

• If you need assistance getting onto the treatment table, just let us know, we’re happy to provide extra pillows or support

• Set a personal intention for your session. What would you like to release or receive? Try to pick one thing to focus on in each session

Coming to your session with openness and curiosity allows the energy to meet you exactly where you are. This is your time to receive, reset, and reconnect.
